Fourteen days, any reason
Every instrument has a free demo, so try it on your computer first. If you buy and it isn't for you, write within fourteen days and you get your money back.
Effective October 28, 2026. Sold by Heavy Layers of Imbalance LLC under the DETØN SCIENCE name.
How
Email detonscience@gmail.com within 14 days of buying, from the address you bought with, or with your order number. Tell us why if you like; you don't have to. We refund the full price to the card you paid with. Stripe usually shows it on your statement within 5 to 10 days.
What happens to the licence
A refunded key stops activating, and the instrument goes back to being the demo on your computers. Anything you made with it stays yours: your songs, your projects and your recordings.
After fourteen days
If something doesn't work as this website describes it and we can't fix it, we refund you, whenever that happens. Write to us first; most problems have an answer.
The suite
The LENS SUITE is refunded whole, within the same fourteen days. If you'd rather keep some of the instruments, write to us and we'll work it out.
Chargebacks
Please write to us before you go to your bank. A disputed payment stops the key the same way a refund does, and a refund from us is faster for you.
